Job summary

TeamMoto Motorcycles in Maroochydore is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. You will work closely with the Service Manager and Dealer Principal to ensure the service department operates smoothly and delivers top quality service.

This role involves managing day-to-day workshop activities, driving KPI performance, coordinating with Parts, mentoring technicians, and delivering outstanding customer care to riders and enthusiasts.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive or motorcycles service environments.
• Strong customer service and people management skills.
• Ability to interpret technical information and convey to customers.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Service Manager and Dealer Principal to ensure the successful operation of the service department.
• Manage all day to day operations in a busy workshop.
• Ensure workshop is operating at optimum capacity and KPI's are achieved.
• Liaise with the Parts Manager to ensure timelines are met and provide best possible customer service while leading a team of technicians.
