The role focuses on leading a team to achieve goals, driving KPI performance, and building strong customer relationships while ensuring safety and QA standards in a fully serviced workshop.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in an automotive service centre.
• Results-driven with a track record in sales and customer service.
• Reliable, committed and confident in managing team performance.
• Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen required.

Qualifications

• Valid Australian driver’s licence.
• Automotive Trade qualification (desirable but not essential).
• Availability Monday to Friday and every second Saturday morning.
• Must be an Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen.
