Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for daily operation of the motel.
• Lead front office, housekeeping, maintenance and guest services.
• Recruit, train, roster and supervise staff with high professionalism.
• Build a positive team environment and support staff development.
• Maintain high guest service standards and resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Monitor occupancy, bookings, revenue and overall business performance.
• Manage operational budgets and identify cost-control opportunities.
• Keep accurate financial, operational and guest-related records.
• Ensure health, safety, hygiene and regulatory standards are met.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and improvements to rooms and facilities.
• Work with suppliers and contractors to maintain quality and value.
• Develop initiatives to improve bookings, visibility and performance.
• Build relationships with local businesses and community stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
