Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily venue operations and ensure service runs efficiently
• Lead and supervise hospitality staff throughout daily operations
• Allocate shifts and assist with staff scheduling and workforce coordination
• Train, guide and support team members to maintain consistent service standards
• Monitor customer experience and resolve complaints or service issues professionally
• Maintain appropriate stock levels and coordinates supply orders
• Monitor venue procedures to support health and safety compliance
• Ensure day-to-day operations follow licensing and hospitality regulations
• Support promotional activities, functions and special events
• Monitor sales activity, staff performance and customer feedback
• Prepare operational updates and reports for management
• Promote a professional, welcoming and service-focused workplace culture
