Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in premium hospitality.
• Experience in fine dining or hatted restaurant environments.
• Restaurant management experience or strong Assistant Restaurant Manager experience.
• Proven ability to lead and develop hospitality teams.
• Strong guest relations and customer service skills.
• Commercial awareness across labour and restaurant operations.
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a hands-on leadership role.
• Current driver’s licence.
• Reliable access to private transport.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of front-of-house service and daily operations.
• Leading the restaurant floor during service.
• Recruiting, training and developing hospitality team members.
• Establishing and maintaining consistent service standards.
• Conducting pre-service briefings.
• Managing reservations and guest flow.
• Coordinating effective communication with the kitchen team.
• Monitoring service pace and overall guest experience.
• Supporting the development of supervisors and Assistant Managers.
• Preparing and managing staff rosters.
• Monitoring labour requirements and operational performance.
• Overseeing stock, compliance and reporting requirements.
• Building a strong team culture focused on accountability and professionalism.
