Job summary

BuildRight Construction AU is seeking a Guest Service Manager to lead the front office and guest services in a premium Queensland hotel. This leadership role requires delivering exceptional guest experiences while coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations and high presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Duty Manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily front office operations and guest service delivery.
• Supervise, coach and develop the front office team.
• Create a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
• Ensure all front desk procedures are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed guest expectations.
• Prepare and manage staff rosters and payroll requirements.
• Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance to maintain property standards.
• Support the Hotel Manager with daily operational responsibilities.
• Manage hotel operations in the absence of the Hotel Manager.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and guest satisfaction.
