BuildRight Construction AU is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager to oversee the daily performance of hotel housekeeping operations in Australia. The role requires proven hospitality leadership, operational discipline and a commitment to guest standards.

The successful candidate will bring practical housekeeping management experience, the ability to lead a team effectively and collaborate with hotel leadership to maintain high guest satisfaction and smooth operations.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in hotel housekeeping management or senior housekeeping positions.
Proven ability to lead, coordinate and motivate a team.
Strong understanding of hotel housekeeping operations and guest expectations.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate daily housekeeping operations.
Set clear priorities and allocate tasks across the housekeeping team.
Conduct daily team briefings and communicate operational expectations.
Monitor room readiness and ensure rooms are delivered within required timeframes.
Maintain consistent housekeeping presentation and guest service standards.
Work with hotel leadership to monitor and improve quality performance.
Manage team resources and adjust staffing according to operational requirements.
Oversee housekeeping rosters and related administration.
Maintain accurate health and safety and compliance processes.
