Windang Inn Hospitality Pty Ltd is seeking a friendly Casual Motel Receptionist to join our team. You will take and manage room bookings, welcome guests, process check-ins and check-outs, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for arriving guests.

The role requires good communication, basic computer skills and reliability, with weekend and public holiday shifts. Previous motel or reception experience is an advantage, and a positive attitude is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Take and manage room bookings, respond to enquiries and update reservations in the booking system
• Welcome guests, assist with enquiries and provide a friendly and professional customer experience
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
• Check room availability and status, coordinate with housekeeping and ensure rooms are ready for arriving guests
• Complete daily booking, payment and transaction reconciliations and maintain accurate records in system
• Monitor and respond professionally to guest reviews on Booking.com and other online booking platforms
• Communicate and cooperate with travel agencies, booking agents and online travel partners regarding reservations, rates, payments and guest enquiries
• Handle phone calls, emails, payments and general reception duties
• Work closely with management, housekeeping and other reception staff to ensure smooth daily operations
