Job summary

The Beach Motel - Hervey Bay is seeking a Front Desk Operator to join our reception team. You will check guests in and out, handle reservations, respond to phone and email inquiries, and maintain accurate front-desk records.

Candidates should be proficient in MS Office, have hospitality experience, and be reliable with strong communication and local knowledge. Training on RMS or similar software will be provided, and both full-time and casual roles are available.

Qualifications

• Essential familiarity with MS Office (Word, basic Excel, Outlook)

• Training on Reservation Software will be provided; RMS exposure is a plus

FRONT DESK OPERATOR - MOTEL RECEPTIONIST

1 X FULL-TIME and 1 X CASUAL POSITION AVAILABLE

We own and operateseveral well-established motelsin Australia, one that is based in Hervey Bay.

It is essential that you are familiar with MS Office applications. (Word, Basic Excel, Microsoft Outlook, attaching documents to email, basic formulas on existingExcel worksheets)

Training of the Reservation Software will be provided but any prior experience in hospitality needs listing in your resume'. Preference will be given to applicants with previous exposure to RMS or similar software

You would be required for both open and close shifts -

Mornings 07:00am – 15:00pm

Afternoons 11:00am - 19:00pmor 20:00pm depending on season

This position wouldsuit a reliable & matureperson who has had previous office/administration experience that has kept up to date with Microsoft applications and is a confident computer operator.
