About the Role

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service in a relaxed, scenic environment. This is a casual position across varying shifts, so flexibility is key — and you must be available to work weekends. You will manage front desk operations and ensure our guests feel right at home.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming guests and handling check-ins and check-outs
• Answering phone and email enquiries
• Managing reservations and bookings
• Liaising with housekeeping for room readiness
• Providing general guest assistance with warmth and professionalism

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in reception, hospitality, or customer service
• Availability to work varying shifts, including weekends
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confident working independently
• A warm, professional attitude and attention to detail
• Experience with booking systems is a plus (but training can be provided)
• Be part of a friendly and supportive team
• Enjoy working in a relaxed, lakeside environment
