Monadelphous is seeking a Mobilisation Coordinator to ensure the right people are deployed to projects across Australia. Reporting to the Mobilisation Team Lead, you will coordinate travel, onboarding and compliance tasks to support smooth mobilisation and demobilisation of staff.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years of mobilisation experience; Heavy Lift experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and computer-based skills.
• Teamwork oriented with a customer-focused mindset.
• Sound knowledge of client requirements and project needs.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinating ongoing travel arrangements for our employees.
• End to end tasks to facilitate smooth mobilisation and demobilisation of staff.
• Organisation of onboarding inductions, training & medical requirements.
• Communication between operations, site and Perth based teams.
• Maintaining compliance records for our clients.
