ISGroup is seeking a highly organised Mobilisation Coordinator to join our People Team in Australia. You will play a vital role in deploying our workforce across multiple sites, ensuring employees are mobilised safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include coordinating travel and accommodation, managing documentation, and supporting workforce administration. Qualifications

• Experience in mobilisation, workforce coordination, logistics, or a similar administrative role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and compliance management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating travel and accommodation across various locations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings for employees mobilising to remote and multi-site locations.
• Prepare and maintain mobilisation documentation, including itineraries, site contacts, and compliance records.
• Schedule and track site inductions, training, medical assessments, and certification requirements.
• Manage mobilisation enquiries and resolve travel, scheduling, and logistical issues.
• Support workforce administration, visa coordination, and mobilisation activities across the business.
