Job summary

Worley is seeking a proactive Mobilisation Coordinator to support a major resources project in Australia. You will coordinate the end-to-end mobilisation of project personnel, ensuring onboarding, compliance, travel readiness and deployment align with schedules and client requirements.

The role requires strong organisation, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving in a fast-paced project environment, with hybrid working arrangements and opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Experience in mobilisation, workforce coordination or project administration.
• Experience supporting large-scale projects in mining or resources sectors.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end mobilisation for project personnel.
• Oversee onboarding and mobilisation from offer to site readiness.
• Track workforce readiness against mobilisation schedules and resource plans.
• Coordinate compliance requirements and reporting.
• Manage travel and accommodation logistics for personnel.
