Job summary

Future Generation Snowy 2.0 is seeking a Mobilisation Administrator to support the mobilisation team and ensure compliant onboarding of FGJV workforce and subcontractors for Snowy 2.0 work fronts.

The role focuses on attendance records, licences and qualifications review, police checks, medicals, and maintaining compliance data while coordinating with stakeholders to enable safe, efficient site access in NSW.

Qualifications

• White Card holder required.
• Minimum 1 year administrative experience.
• Experience in construction industry preferred.
• Experience in compliance preferred.
• Knowledge of HR/IR systems and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; public speaking and presenting.
• Strong time management and high attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Record attendance of personnel for inductions.
• Process mobilisation requests and ensure project compliance, including: review tickets, licences and qualifications; review National Police Checks; review pre-employment medicals; enter compliance data; update systems; maintain Excel sheets and filing.
• Utilise project systems for mobilisation and site access; generate weekly access reports.
• Coordinate the shared mobilisation inbox and communicate with stakeholders.
• Order PPE for inductees and ensure adherence to HSE policies.
