Future Generation Joint Venture, based in the Snowy Mountains of NSW, is seeking a Mobilisation Administrator to support mobilisation of the FGJV workforce and subcontractors to Snowy 2.0 work fronts. The role emphasises compliance, data entry, and coordination with stakeholders across projects.

You will manage attendance, review tickets and qualifications, maintain compliance data, and use project systems to ensure timely, safe access for personnel in remote environments.

Qualifications

• White Card required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative role.
• Experience in the construction industry preferred.
• Knowledge of HR/IR systems and processes.
• Strong initiative and proactive nature.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Record attendance of personnel for inductions.
• Process mobilisation requests and ensure compliance on project requirements.
• Review tickets, licences and qualifications per role.
• Review National Police Checks and pre-employment medicals.
• Enter and update compliance data in relevant systems.
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets and e-filing of documents.
• Send induction confirmations and communicate with stakeholders.
• Coordinate project-based mobilisation systems and generate weekly access reports.
• Order PPE for inductees and ensure adherence to HSE policies.
