Job summary

Future Generation Joint Venture, a collaboration of WeBuild, Clough and Lane, is delivering Snowy 2.0 in the Snowy Mountains of NSW. The Contract Administrator role provides contractual management and administration of project contracts to minimise risk and achieve FGJV outcomes.

The role requires a tertiary qualification and a White Card, with at least 5 years' experience in contracts administration on major infrastructure projects, strong communication and the ability to manage multiple tasks

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
• White Card (can be obtained on starting).
• Extensive knowledge of commercial management on major infrastructure projects.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in contracts administration for rail and civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit interim progress claims and final accounts to ensure timely payment.
• Manage subcontract payment claims, variations, and final accounts.
• Advise delivery teams on contractual issues and maintain contract registers.
• Assist in monthly reporting and cost-related analyses.
• Oversee cost estimation processes to ensure value for money.
