Job summary

Harvey Recruitment is seeking a mature Mining Administrator for a contractor role in the Muswellbrook/Denman area. The successful candidate will join a small team and manage tasks autonomously, providing admin support across mining, E&C, and tech services.

You will handle data entry, invoicing in SAP, archiving, reporting, onboarding contractors, travel bookings, and onsite catering. A background in heavy industry and strong Microsoft Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with database systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin support to Mining, E&C and Tech Services teams.
• Data entry: timesheets, dockets, tracking information.
• Maintain filing systems per guidelines.
• Review invoices and enter into SAP-spreadsheet approvals.
• Collect Take 5’s and prepare for archiving.
• Prepare reports and documents for meetings.
• Assist with onboarding new contractors on site.
• Assist SAP entries and travel arrangements for management.
• Organise catering and course bookings.
