Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a casual BIG Merchandiser to manage a Tweed Heads territory, building strong retailer relationships and delivering high-quality in-store displays. Expect regular tasks such as replenishment, ticketing, and new product launches, with a focus on accurate planograms and timely photo submissions.

The role is a casual, part-time commitment averaging about five hours per week, with Tuesday to Thursday availability essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in supermarket, retail, pharmacy or liquor environments is highly desirable.
• Must have a current Australian driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Strong, friendly communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role.

Responsibilities

• Driving strong relationships with store personnel.
• Building and maintaining quality displays in store.
• Negotiating promotional space.
• Executing planograms.
• Submit tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet.
• Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally.
• Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

Job description

As a BIG Merchandiser, you will manage an allocated territory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role, you’ll ensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches and more.

About The Role

Territory: TWEED HEADS and surrounds (Includes Banora Point, Kingscliff and Murwillumbah)

Hours: Average of 5 hours per week based on business needs (no guaranteed minimum hrs)

Availability: Tuesday to Thursday availability is essential; flexibility for Monday and Friday is highly regarded.

Essential: Driver license and car

• Planogram experience is highly regarded**
