Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a casual Merchandiser to manage a Fairfield territory, building relationships with retailers and ensuring top-quality displays. The role covers replenishment, ticketing, launches, and compliance, with an average of 18 hours per week and no guaranteed minimum hours.

The position requires a current Australian driver’s license and access to a vehicle, plus strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive strong relationships with store personnel.

• Safely perform physical requirements including standing, walking, bending, lifting.

As a BIG Merchandiser, you will manage an allocated territory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role, you’ll ensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches and more.

Hours

Average of 18 hours per week based on business needs (no guaranteed minimum hrs)

Availability

Tuesday to Thursday availability is essential; flexibility for Monday & Friday is highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving strong relationships with store personnel

Successful candidate will need

• Supermarket, retail, pharmacy or liquor experience is highly desirable
• A current Australian driver’s licence and vehicle
• Strong & friendly communication, organisational skills and attention to detail
• An ability to work autonomously
• Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
