Job summary

Brand Influence Group seeks an energetic BIG Merchandiser to manage an allocated territory and build strong relationships with retailers. This casual, part-time position covers replenishment, ticketing, and display builds, with responsibilities extending to compliance checks and new product launches.

The role focuses on Tuggerah and surrounding areas, offering an average of 8–10 hours per week. Applicants must hold a current Australian driver’s license and vehicle and be able to work

Qualifications

• Experience in supermarket, retail, pharmacy, or liquor is desirable.
• Must have a current Australian driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain high-quality displays in-store.
• Negotiate promotional space and execute planograms.
• Drive strong relationships with store personnel.
• Submit tasks and quality photos daily via smartphone or tablet.
• Represent BIG and clients professionally and positively.
• Perform physical duties including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

Job description

As aBIG Merchandiser, you will manage an allocated territory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role, you’ll ensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches and more.

About the Role

Territory: TUGGERAH and surrounds

Hours: Average of 8-10 hours per week based on business needs (no guaranteed minimum hrs)

Availability: Wednesday to Fridayavailability is essential. (Role can be done in school hours)

Essential: Driver license and car

Key Responsibilities

• Driving strong relationships with store personnel
• Building and maintaining quality displays in store
• Negotiating promotional space
• Executing planograms
• Submit tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet
• Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally
• Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

Successful candidate will need

• Supermarket, retail, pharmacy or liquor experience is highly desirable
• A current Australian driver’s licence and vehicle
• Strong & friendly communication, organisational skills and attention to detail
• An ability to work autonomously
• Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
