Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a casual BIG Merchandiser to cover COOMA and surrounds, including JINDABYNE. You will build displays, stock replenishment, conduct compliance checks, and manage planograms while maintaining strong retailer relationships.

The role requires availability Wednesdays and a valid Australian driver’s license with a vehicle. Average of 5 hours per week with a competitive hourly rate and mileage/toll allowances; you’ll work locally, with growth opportunities and

Qualifications

• Supermarket, retail, pharmacy or liquor experience is highly desirable.
• Current Australian driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Strong and friendly communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Ability to perform the physical and repetitive requirements of the role.

Responsibilities

• Drive strong relationships with store personnel.
• Build and maintain quality displays in store.
• Negotiate promotional space.
• Execute planograms.
• Submit tasks and quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet.
• Represent BIG and our clients professionally.
• Safely perform physical requirements including standing, walking, bending, lifting and repetitive movements.

Job description

As a BIG Merchandiser, you will manage an allocated territory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role, you’ll ensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches and more.

Average of 5 hours per week based on business needs (no guaranteed minimum hrs)

Availability

Wednesday availability is essential; flexibility for other days is highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving strong relationships with store personnel
