Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a dedicated Merchandiser to manage a local territory, building strong relationships with retailers, executing planograms, and creating compelling displays. The role is casual with an average of about 4 hours per week, requiring Wednesday to Friday availability and a valid Australian driver’s licence with a vehicle.

You’ll submit daily photos and tasks via mobile devices, representing BIG and our clients professionally while handling physical duties like

Qualifications

• Supermarket, retail, pharmacy or liquor experience is highly desirable.
• A current Australian driver's licence and vehicle.
• Strong & friendly communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.
• An ability to work autonomously.
• Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role.

Responsibilities

• Driving strong relationships with store personnel
• Building and maintaining quality displays in store
• Negotiating promotional space
• Executing planograms
• Submit tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet
• Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally
• Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

Job description

As a BIG Merchandiser, you will manage an allocated territory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role, you'll ensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches and more.

About The Role

Territory

OCEAN SHORES and surrounds (Suburbs may include, but are not limited to, Brunswick Heads,Byron Bay, Mullumbimby, Ocean Shores and Suffolk Park and Tyagarah)

Hours

Average of 4 hours per week based on business needs (no guaranteed minimum hrs)

Availability

Wednesday to Friday availability is essential; flexibility for Tuesday is highly regarded.
