Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a Merchandiser to manage NOWRA territory, ensuring strong in-store execution with replenishment, display builds, and compliance checks. This ongoing casual role requires a driver’s license and vehicle, plus the ability to travel to stores and perform physical tasks.

The position focuses on building relationships with retailers, negotiating promotional space and executing planograms across NOWRA and surrounds, with flexible hours depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• Driver license and car required
• Ability to perform physical tasks (standing, walking, bending, lifting)
• Availability Mon-Fri, essential for role
• Retail/merchandising experience desirable

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain quality store displays

• Represent BIG positively to clients

Job description

As a BIG Merchandiser, you will manage an allocated territory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role, you’ll ensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving strong relationships with store personnel
• Building and maintaining quality displays in store
• Negotiating promotional space
• Executing planograms
• Submit tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet
• Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally
• Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

Successful candidate will need:

• Supermarket, retail, pharmacy or liquor experience is highly desirable
• A current Australian driver’s licence and vehicle
• Strong & friendly communication, organisational skills and attention to detail
• An ability to work autonomously
• Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
