Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is hiring a BIG Merchandiser to manage the Kempsey territory, building strong retailer relationships and delivering on replenishment, ticketing, display builds, and promotions. This casual, part-time role runs about 15 hours per week with no minimum guaranteed hours.

You’ll travel locally, need a current Australian driver’s license and vehicle, and will submit photos and tasks daily.

Qualifications

• Current Australian driver's licence and vehicle.
• Experience in supermarket, retail, pharmacy or liquor is desirable.
• Ability to work autonomously and with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive strong relationships with store personnel.
• Build and maintain high-quality displays in store.

Job description

As a BIG Merchandiser, you will manage an allocated territory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role, you’ll ensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches and more.

About The Role

Territory: KEMPSEY and surrounds

Hours: Average of 15 hours per week based on business needs (no guaranteed minimum hrs)

Availability: Wednesday & Thursday availability is essential; flexibility for Monday, Tuesday and Friday is highly regarded.

Essential: Driver license and car

Key Responsibilities

• Driving strong relationships with store personnel
• Building and maintaining quality displays in store
• Negotiating promotional space
• Executing planograms
• Submit tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet
• Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally
• Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

Successful candidate will need:

• Supermarket, retail, pharmacy or liquor experience is highly desirable
• A current Australian driver’s licence and vehicle
• Strong & friendly communication, organisational skills and attention to detail
• An ability to work autonomously
• Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
