Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a BIG Merchandiser to manage BEGA and surrounds, fostering strong retailer relationships and executing in-store displays and planograms in a casual, part-time capacity.

You will drive promotional activity, photograph daily tasks, and represent BIG and its clients professionally while maintaining flexibility and autonomy on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in supermarket, retail, pharmacy or liquor is highly desirable.
• Current Australian driver’s license and vehicle are required.
• Strong, friendly communication with good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet physical requisites of the role.

Responsibilities

• Drive strong relationships with store personnel.
• Build and maintain quality displays in store.
• Negotiate promotional space.
• Execute planograms.
• Submit tasks and quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet.
• Represent BIG and clients positively and professionally.
• Safely perform physical requirements including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

Job description

As a BIG Merchandiser, you will manage an allocated territory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role, you’ll ensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches and more.

About The Role

Territory: BEGA and surrounds (Includes Merimbula and Tura Beach)

Hours: Average of 10 hours per week based on business needs (no guaranteed minimum hrs)

Availability: Tuesday to Friday availability is essential; flexibility for Monday is highly regarded.

Essential: Driver license and car

Key Responsibilities

• Driving strong relationships with store personnel
• Building and maintaining quality displays in store

• Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

Successful candidate will need:

• Supermarket, retail, pharmacy or liquor experience is highly desirable
• A current Australian driver’s licence and vehicle
• Strong & friendly communication, organisational skills and attention to detail
• An ability to work autonomously
• Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
