Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a BIG Merchandiser to manage an allocated territory and foster relationships with key retailers. This casual role covers replenishment, ticketing, display builds, and launches, with a focus on operational excellence.

Territory includes Merrylands West and surrounds. Hours average 15 per week with no guaranteed minimum; Tuesday to Friday is essential, and a current Australian driver’s license and vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Past retail or supermarket experience desirable.
• Clear communication and strong attention to detail.
• Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to follow planograms.

Responsibilities

• Drive strong relationships with store personnel.
• Build and maintain quality displays in store.
• Negotiate promotional space and execute planograms.
• Submit tasks and quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet.
• Represent BIG and its clients positively and professionally.
• Perform physical duties including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

As a BIG Merchandiser, you will managean allocatedterritory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role,you’llensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches and more.

About the Role:

Territory: MERRYLANDS WEST and surrounds

Hours: Average of15 hoursper week based on business needs (no guaranteedminimumhrs)

Availability: Tuesday to Fridayavailability is essential; flexibility forMondayis highly regarded.

Essential: Driver license and car
