Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a dedicated BIG Merchandiser to manage the Echuca region, delivering displays, replenishment, ticketing, and compliant execution for major retailers.

This ongoing casual role averages 12 hours per week, with Wednesday to Friday availability essential. A valid driver’s license and a vehicle are required; the position offers a competitive hourly rate of $34.34 plus mileage and travel time reimbursements.

Responsibilities

• Drive strong relationships with store personnel and brands.
• Build and maintain quality in-store displays and planograms.
• Negotiate promotional space and execute planograms accurately.
• Submit tasks and quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet.
• Represent BIG and clients professionally on site.
• Perform physical duties including standing, walking, bending, lifting and repetitive movements.

Job description

As a BIG Merchandiser, you will manage an allocated territory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role, you’ll ensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches and more.

About The Role

Territory: ECHUCA and surrounds

Hours: Average of 12 hours per week based on business needs (no guaranteed minimum hrs)

Availability: Wednesday to Friday availability is essential; flexibility for Monday and Tuesday is highly regarded.

Essential: Driver license and car

Key Responsibilities

• Driving strong relationships with store personnel
• Building and maintaining quality displays in store
• Negotiating promotional space
• Executing planograms
• Submit tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet
• Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally
• Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

Successful candidate will need

• Supermarket, retail, pharmacy or liquor experience is highly desirable
• A current Australian driver’s licence and vehicle
• Strong & friendly communication, organisational skills and attention to detail
• An ability to work autonomously
• Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
