Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a casual Merchandiser for the BELGRAVE area in Victoria. You will manage an allocated territory, building relationships with retailers and ensuring execution of replenishment, ticketing, display builds, and new product launches.

You’ll work an average of 10 hours per week with essential Wednesday to Friday availability and some flexibility for Tuesday. A driver’s licence and vehicle are required to operate across shops, pharmacies, supermarkets, or liquor

Qualifications

• Driver licence and own vehicle required.
• Retail experience desired: supermarket, pharmacy, liquor or related.
• Able to work autonomously with strong organisational skills.
• Must be able to perform physical, repetitive tasks and long periods of standing.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain in-store displays and planograms.
• Drive strong relationships with store personnel and retailers.
• Negotiate promotional space and execute planograms accurately.
• Submit daily tasks and photos via smartphone/tablet.
• Represent BIG and our clients professionally at all times.
• Perform physical duties including lifting, standing, walking and bending.

As a BIG Merchandiser, you will manage an allocated territory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role, you'll ensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches and more.

About The Role

Territory: BELGRAVE and surrounds

Hours

Average of 10 hours per week based on business needs (no guaranteed minimum hrs)

Availability

Wednesday to Friday availability is essential; flexibility for Tuesday is highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving strong relationships with store personnel
• Building and maintaining quality displays in store
• Negotiating promotional space
• Executing planograms
• Submit tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet
• Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally
• Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

Successful candidate will need:

• Supermarket, retail, pharmacy or liquor experience is highly desirable
• A current Australian driver's licence and vehicle
• Strong & friendly communication, organisational skills and attention to detail
• An ability to work autonomously
• Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
