Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to cover HORSHAM and surrounds. You will manage a territory, build relationships with retailers, and ensure in-store displays and promotions are executed accurately.

Role requires Wednesday to Friday availability, with potential Monday/Tuesday flexibility, and a valid driver’s license with a vehicle. You will report to the BIG team, performing tasks with a high level of autonomy, and you’ll be part of a mobile workforce across

• Ability to work autonomously and manage own workload.

Responsibilities

• Drive strong relationships with store personnel and clients.
• Build and maintain quality in-store displays and planograms.
• Negotiate promotional space and execute planograms.
• Submit tasks and photos daily via smartphone or tablet.
• Represent BIG positively and professionally.
• Perform physical duties including standing, walking, bending, lifting and repetitive movements.

Job description

As a BIG Merchandiser, you will manage an allocated territory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role, you’ll ensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches and more.

About The Role

Territory: HORSHAM and surrounds

Hours: Average of 10-16 hours per week based on business needs (no guaranteed minimum hrs)

Availability: Wednesday to Friday availability is essential; flexibility for Monday and Tuesday is highly regarded.

Essential: Driver license and car

Key Responsibilities

• Driving strong relationships with store personnel
• Building and maintaining quality displays in store
• Negotiating promotional space
• Executing planograms
• Submit tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet
• Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally
• Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

Successful candidate will need

• Supermarket, retail, pharmacy or liquor experience is highly desirable
• A current Australian driver’s licence and vehicle
• Strong & friendly communication, organisational skills and attention to detail
• An ability to work autonomously
• Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
