Job summary

Fitness First in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs seeks an enthusiastic Member Support Consultant (MSC) to welcome members, spark motivation and guide prospects through the fitness journey.

You will drive membership growth through outreach, deliver exceptional service, lead tours and presentations, and help keep existing members engaged. This role offers base salary with uncapped commission and growth opportunities within the group.

• Current First Aid & CPR certificate.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget using promotions and referrals campaigns.
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals.
• Achieve required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities.
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions.
• Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries.
• Open and close the club as per the club roster.
• Involve in member retention programs to keep members engaged.
• Regular service calls to new and existing members, recommending club-based products.
