Job summary

Fitness First in Sydney is seeking an energetic Member Support Consultant (MSC) to drive membership growth, welcome new members and deliver exceptional service across our clubs. You’ll generate leads, present tours and turn interest into action to help people start their fitness journey.

You’ll also nurture existing members, support retention programs, and collaborate with a high-energy team. A First Aid/CPR certificate, strong communication, and a goal‑oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• First Aid & CPR certification is required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to inspire action.
• Proven problem-solving mindset to meet member needs.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales budgets using promotions and referrals.
• Generate and convert high-quality leads through community outreach and referrals.
• Achieve required lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities.
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create positive member journeys through personalised interactions.
• Respond to enquiries with successful outcomes.
• Open and close the club as per roster.
• Support member retention programs and motivate continued engagement.
• Make regular service calls to members to boost engagement and club-based product uptake.
