Job summary

Fitness First Australia Pty Limited is seeking a proactive Member Support Consultant (MSC) at our NSW clubs. You will drive membership growth through outreach, introduce people to the club, and guide them to begin their fitness journey while delivering exceptional service to current members.

You’ll be the first point of contact, inspiring action, building rapport, and supporting members to stay motivated and engaged in their fitness goals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget via promotions and referrals campaigns.
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals.
• Achieve required lead contact targets via telephone to maximise opportunities.
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create positive member journeys through personalised interactions.
• Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries.
• Open and close the club as per the roster.
• Drive member retention programs to keep members engaged.
