Job summary

Fitness First is seeking an energetic Sales Consultant (MSC) in Sydney to drive membership growth through outreach, referrals, and proactive outreach. You will introduce people to the club, demonstrate value, and nurture existing members with exceptional service.

This role centers on motivation, relationship-building, and delivering results within a fast-paced gym environment. You will be the first point of contact, turning interest into commitment while promoting club-based products and earning

Qualifications

• Current First Aid & CPR certification is required.
• Ability to solve problems and meet potential members' needs.
• Strong communication skills to inspire action and build rapport.
• Goal-driven and motivated to excel individually and in a team.
• Customer-focused approach to help members achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales budgets via promotions and referrals.
• Generate and convert high-quality leads through community outreach.
• Achieve required lead contacts by phone to maximise sales.
• Deliver sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create positive member journeys through personalised interactions.
• Handle enquiries to achieve successful outcomes.
• Open and close the club as per roster.
• Support member retention and inspire ongoing journeys.
• Conduct regular service calls to keep members engaged and boost results.
