Qualifications

• Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to provide solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire action.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget via promotions and referrals campaigns.
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals.
• Achieve required lead contacts via telephone to maximise opportunities.
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create great member journeys via positive, personalised interactions.
• Engage in member retention programs and drive ongoing motivation.
• Open and close the club per roster and support operations.
• Make regular service calls to keep members engaged and progressing.
