Fitness First is seeking an energetic Member Support Consultant (MSC) in Sydney. You will drive membership growth through proactive outreach, community engagement, and motivating people to start their fitness journey.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales and promotions.
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through outreach and referrals.
• Reach the target number of lead contacts by phone to maximise sales.
• Deliver sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create engaging member journeys with positive interactions.
• Resolve member enquiries with effective solutions.
• Open and close the club as per roster.
• Support member retention through ongoing outreach and services.
• Suggest club products to boost results during member journeys.
