Goodlife Health Clubs is seeking Sales Consultants (MSCs) to drive member recruitment and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, people-first environment. You will welcome new members, present club facilities, and contribute to achieving sales targets through proactive outreach and personalised member journeys.

The role emphasizes building rapport, delivering compelling presentations, and maintaining high levels of customer care while supporting retention programs and cross-selling

Qualifications

• First Aid & CPR certification current
• Ability to build rapport across diverse audiences

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget using promotions and referrals
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach
• Achieve required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise opportunities
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
• Create great member journeys via positive, personalized interactions
• Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
• Open and close the club per roster
• Participate in member retention programs to sustain engagement
• Regular service calls to members to recommend club-based products
