Goodlife Health Clubs is seeking a Membership Manager to lead a high-energy MSC team and drive membership growth. You will coach staff, manage the full member journey, and ensure exceptional front desk operations and service standards.

You will empower your team with skills, confidence, and clarity to smash goals, while leveraging sales smarts and people-first leadership to attract and retain members.

Qualifikationen

• Proven sales and customer service experience with ability to hit KPIs.
• Understanding of selling cycles and upsell/cross-sell techniques.
• Experience managing customer journey and retention metrics is valued.
• Experience mentoring and managing a team.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates are required.

Aufgaben

• Manage daily MSC team workflow to hit monthly sales targets.
• Achieve personal monthly/annual sales targets to contribute to team goals.
• Create structure to ensure MSC daily minimum performance criteria.
• Deliver sales training to develop the MSC team.
