Job summary

Goodlife Health Clubs is looking for energetic Sales Consultants who will be the first point of contact for potential members. You will drive new memberships, welcome visitors, and deliver a positive club experience aligned with our fitness goals.

You’ll champion member journeys, deliver engaging sales pitches, and work to exceed individual and club targets while thriving in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
• Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and resilience.
• Outstanding communication skills: listen, understand, influence.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales using promotions and referrals.
• Generate and convert high-quality leads via outreach and referrals.
• Make target number of lead contacts by phone to maximise opportunities.
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create engaging member journeys through positive, personalised interactions.
• Respond to enquiries with successful outcomes.
• Open and close the club as per roster.
• Support member retention programs to keep members engaged.
