Job summary

Goodlife Health Clubs is hiring Sales Consultants (Member Support Consultants) to drive new memberships at our clubs. You’ll welcome members, promote memberships, and guide new and existing members on their fitness journeys.

This fast-paced, people-first role rewards energy, resilience and a passion for helping others achieve healthier lives. You’ll join a high-energy team with uncapped commissions and a real path to management within Fitness and Lifestyle Group across Asia Pacific.

Qualifications

• First Aid & CPR certificates are required.
• Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life.
• Ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles.
• Outstanding communication abilities: listen, understand, empathise and influence.
• Tenacity with drive to achieve individual targets and team goals.
• Customer focus with a desire to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget via promotions and referrals.
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through outreach and referrals.
• Achieve the required lead contacts via phone to maximise opportunities.
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create great member journeys through personalized interactions.
• Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries.
• Open and close the club as per roster.
• Support member retention programs and drive continued engagement.
• Regular service calls to new and existing members to boost results.
