Job summary

Goodlife Health Clubs is seeking Sales Consultants (MSCs) to energise club sales and welcome new members. You will generate leads, present memberships, and guide new members through the sign-up journey while maintaining high levels of customer service and retention.

• First Aid & CPR certificates.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget via promotions and referrals campaigns.
• Generating and converting high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals.
• Achieving required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities.
• Providing sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Creating great member journeys via positive interactions.
• Opening and closing the club as per the club roster.
• Active involvement in member retention programmes.
• Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged.
