Job summary

Goodlife Health Clubs is seeking Sales Consultants (Member Support Consultants) to energise club sales, engage with prospective members, and inspire healthier lifestyles. You will generate leads through outreach and referrals, deliver effective presentations and tours, and nurture member journeys with friendly, results-driven service.

You’ll join a high-energy team, benefit from commissions on base salary, and have opportunities across Fitness & Lifestyle Group brands.

Responsibilities

• Drive club sales by presenting, tours and promotions to prospective members.
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals.
• Proactively contact potential leads by phone to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support member journeys with positive, personalised interactions and retention programs.
• Open/close the club per roster and contribute to a welcoming environment.
