Job summary

Goodlife Health Clubs is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant (Member Support Consultant) to drive new memberships at our Brisbane clubs. You’ll be the first friendly face, turning interest into commitment and helping members embark on healthier lives.

You’ll energise the team with proactive outreach, present club offerings, and nurture relationships to boost retention and growth. A vibrant, customer-centric environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid & CPR certificates are required.
• Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life and help them reach goals.
• Strong communication: listen, understand, empathise and influence.
• Tenacity with drive to achieve individual and team targets.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to club sales budgets through promotions and referrals.
• Generate and convert high-quality leads via community outreach and referrals.
• Achieve required lead contacts via telephone to maximise opportunities.
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create positive, personalised member journeys.
• Open and close the club as rostered and support member retention programs.
