Job summary

Goodlife Operations is seeking energetic Sales Consultants (Member Support Consultants) to drive new memberships across our clubs. You’ll meet people, present our offerings and guide prospective members through their fitness journey with a positive, results-driven approach.

In this fast-paced, people-first role you’ll generate leads, conduct tours, deliver compelling presentations and contribute to member retention.

• Excellent communication skills with active listening and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Promote club memberships and meet sales targets.
• Generate and convert high-quality leads via community outreach and referrals.
• Contact leads by phone to maximise sales opportunities.
• Deliver sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create positive member journeys through personalised interactions.
• Support member retention programs and re-engage members in their journey.
