Goodlife Health Clubs in Melbourne is seeking energetic Sales Consultants (Member Support Consultants) to drive new memberships and support members on their health journey. You’ll welcome visitors, present club offerings, and guide prospects from enquiry to sign-up with a personalised approach.

Qualifications

• First Aid & CPR certificates are required.
• Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life to help them succeed in their goals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and persistence to overcome obstacles.
• Outstanding communication skills: listen, understand, empathise and influence.
• Tenacity with a drive to achieve individual targets and team goals.
• Customer-focused with a desire to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales budgets using promotions and referrals.
• Generate and convert high-quality leads through community outreach and referrals.
• Make the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise opportunities.
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create great member journeys via positive, personalised interactions.
• Respond to enquiries with successful outcomes.
• Open and close the club as per the roster.
• Involve in member retention programs to keep members engaged in their journey.
• Make regular service calls to members to boost results and experience.
