Blue Light Card Pty is seeking an Operations Advisor to join its Customer Operations team in Sydney. You will respond to member queries across Zendesk and social channels, review membership applications, and ensure eligible essential workers gain frictionless access to the platform.

You’ll spot patterns and issues, flag them to the right teams, and help maintain a fast, fair, and human experience for members. This six-month fixed-term contract offers hybrid working in Sydney.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front-line support.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Patience and consistency in handling inquiries.
• Ability to flag issues and work cross-functionally to resolve them.
• Comfortable handling sensitive personal information.

Responsabilités

• Member support via Zendesk and social channels with SLA adherence.
• Review and process membership applications, verifying eligibility and IDs.
• Identify patterns, report trends, and escalate issues as needed.
