Job summary

RT Health in Sydney is seeking a Membership Consultant to ensure accurate, timely and professional support throughout the membership journey. You will process membership details, payments, suspensions and cancellations while maintaining data integrity and delivering a positive member experience over the phone.

This full-time, permanent role is based in the Sydney CBD with hybrid working; in-office presence required at least two days per week.

Responsibilities

• Process membership changes and policy updates accurately and efficiently.
• Manage personal detail changes, payment updates, suspensions, refunds, cancellations and clearance certificates
• Investigate and resolve membership discrepancies and enquiries
• Support payment processing and reconciliation activities
• Assist with system testing, training and continuous improvement initiatives
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to support operational goals and member outcomes
• Ensure compliance with RT Health policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
