Job summary

RT Health is seeking a Membership Consultant based in Sydney CBD. The role involves delivering accurate, timely member support over the phone, processing membership details, payments, suspensions and cancellations while maintaining data integrity.

Hybrid work is available, with a minimum two days in the office weekly. The successful candidate will be detail oriented, customer focused and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, contributing to a positive member experience

Responsibilities

• Process membership changes and policy updates accurately and efficiently.
• Manage personal detail changes, payment updates, suspensions, refunds, cancellations and clearance certificates.
• Investigate and resolve membership discrepancies and enquiries.
• Support payment processing and reconciliation activities.
• Assist with system testing, training and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to support operational goals and member outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with RT Health policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
