The Hospitals Contribution Fund Of Australia Limited is seeking a Membership Consultant to support members through their journey with accurate, timely service over the phone. Based in Sydney CBD with hybrid working, you will handle membership changes, payments and data integrity while delivering a positive member experience and collaborating with internal teams to meet operational goals.

Responsabilités

• Process membership changes and policy updates accurately and efficiently.
• Manage personal detail changes, payment updates, suspensions, refunds, cancellations and clearance certificates.
• Investigate and resolve membership discrepancies and enquiries.
• Support payment processing and reconciliation activities.
• Assist with system testing, training and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to support operational goals and member outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with RT Health policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
