Zusammenfassung

Accor in Sydney is seeking an IT & Business Systems Support Officer to keep our IT environment running smoothly, securely, and efficiently. You will be the first point of contact for tech issues, providing Level 1 and 2 support for hardware, software, and access, while maintaining Zendesk platforms and monitoring the AI chat agent.

Join a hybrid team with two days WFH and three days in the office, contributing to continuous improvements and service excellence for ALL Accor+ Explorer members.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in IT helpdesk or systems support.
• Experience with Zendesk and ticketing workflows.
• Familiarity with onboarding/offboarding and asset management.

Aufgaben

• Provide Level 1–2 IT support for hardware, software, and connectivity.
• Manage user accounts, access controls, and onboarding/offboarding.
• Assist with procurement and deployment of IT equipment.
• Maintain IT asset registers and software records.
• Support IT security, endpoint protection, and system updates.
• Administer Zendesk, including workflows, macros, routing, and QA dashboards.
• Monitor AI chat agent; identify issues and propose improvements.
• Prepare reports on ticket volumes, response times, SLA compliance, and performance.
