Weploy is seeking multiple Customer Support Specialists to join our busy Client Services team in Sydney CBD. This 6-week assignment offers hybrid work with approximately two days in the office each week and initial in-office training to build product knowledge.

Initial 2–3 days in the office for training, then ongoing hybrid work with 2 days per week in the office. This role involves inbound calls, emails, and admin tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Previous experience in customer service or contact centres.
• Ability to handle high-volume inbound enquiries by phone and email.
• Strong communication skills with a calm, professional demeanour.

Mansioni

• Respond to high-volume inbound customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Assist with general enquiries relating to investment, education and funeral bonds.
• Explain processes, provide general product information and guide customers through the appropriate next steps.
• Liaise with internal teams to help resolve customer enquiries.
• Complete administrative tasks and maintain accurate customer information.
• Manage challenging conversations professionally, particularly around invoicing and delayed payments.
• Follow internal procedures and reference guides to ensure accurate, consistent support.
• Take ownership of your learning and build product knowledge as you become more familiar with the role.
